PROPOSE AFFORDABLE MASS HOUSING DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS
VIKNIRO is a mass housing developer and a virile special purpose vehicle for the
efficient delivery of housing, infrastructure and other development projects in
Nigeria. Vikniro is Ready, Willing and Able to sign or enter into agreement or
MOU regarding provision of mass housing delivery projects to the Nigerian
Citizen and Delta State in particular. We are ready to enter into an agreement
with State Parastatals, State Government Agencies or private blue chip companies
for provision of affordable housing units for its members.
This would be linked with the National Housing Fund which allows Nigerian Civil
servants of various cadre to own their own homes/ Vikniro has the capacity and
access to several Hectares of Land in Asaba, Warri, Sapele and any prime area of
Delta suitable for the construction of Mixed used Low, Medium and High Density
Residential Schemes as well as Hotels, Water parks and Commercial centers.
Vikniro is presently proposing constructions of mixed of 1 Bedrooms – 3 Bedrooms
Blocks of Flats, 3 and 4 Bedrooms Duplexes, Terrace Flats and Duplexes as well
as Town Houses.
These properties would have a clean Documents of Occupancy Title. The unit cost
of houses shall cover Land and Infrastructure such as Tarred road network, Pave
walkway, Street Lights, Boreholes, Connection of lights to National grid,
Security post, Security Lighting systems, Car park, Underground drainage system,
Domestic gas connections, Concrete wall fencing and reserved areas for Schools,
Shopping complex and Sports arena etc.
Vikniro in its various capacities would source for land in a choice area for the
subscribing Agencies, Companies or parastatal and shall work directly with the
existing co-operative societies of such organization or Agency. Vikniro Housing
initiative shall work with primary Mortgage Institutions (PMIs) certified by the
Federal Government to access loans from the Federal Mortgage Bank. Vikniro works
within the FMBN Affordability table on the National Housing Fund (NHF) which
makes N15 Million the maximum loan amount hence the 3 Bedrooms prototype house,
for example would fall within this range inclusive of the cost of land.
The construction of these houses would meet the minimum standards as recommended
by the requirement of building standard houses in Nigeria while delivery time,
repayment structure and time frame shall be as obtained in the mass-housing
system. With the technical backing of our local and foreign Partners, Vikniro
engages the most up to date design and construction methods which are essential
in ensuring the optimum and complete satisfaction of our clients.
We are also fully in line with Government’s policies on Infrastructure
Development both in rural and urban development schemes.
